โ โ โ โ โ Today 1st Aug 2020, I called this store and asked for 1 TB internal hard disk to put into my new Acer notebook. The person answering said it will cost RM250 with no extra charges for installation. The same brand for 1 TB internal hard disk only cost RM209 at a store in Lowyat. However, since I did not want to go to Lowyat from Seremban, I went to this store.
At the store, the sales person who interacted with me said that the price is RM269. I told him I had called earlier and I was quoted RM250. After which he asked me to call the number back to confirm that I called this store. I called and the phone at the store rang. Then, the person went inside and came out with a 1 TB internal hard disk with a price tag of RM279. After which, another guy told me that he accidentally quoted me the wrong price.
I am not sure whether this store and its sales persons lack professionalism or knowingly scamming people. I just left the store and next time when I am going to KL I will buy the same brand 1 TB internal hard disk at Lowyat for RM209. Thank you. Will never go to this store again and will never recommend it to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Lucky for this shop, which been there since forever and still there during this covid pandemic, we who lives nearby Seremban/Senawang/Ampangan can still look for custom PC. Leceh la mau pergi Bangi or KL there.. Initially i was clueless at the shop but when attended by staff Steven, which was so helpful then im good. Even not much options but still very good opportunity and a relief for me coz for moderate level custom pc lar im not looking for advance gaming pc anyway. All in all.. full package for custom pc is available from cpu, gpu to monitors, keyboards, webcam etc. Nice.

โ โ โ โ โ I send in my PC with an unkown problem, within the next 2 days the technician called me and said that I can collect my PC. The technicians all are well trained and also super friendly, and also very experienced. Very good customer service, best computer shop in Seremban town and highly recommended to all, reasonable price, almost same with KL computer shop and Low Yat.
Keep up the good customer service and will send my PC here for any upgrades and buy things in future from this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ I donโt write comments often. But for this S2 IT Avenue shop it is the best recommendation for you to take your any CPU to repair. They took it seriously and super fast and progression. I sent it to repair at 11:00am and they found out the what the problem is at 3:00pm and fully repaired at 9:30pm . IT TOOK ONLY ONE DAY!
Bonus one is tht he suggested their own opinion on how to take good care of PC and I remember thereโs one employee help me to install a new graphic card even tho his working hours is up, still he do it patiently

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a VGA cable from this shop, the vga cable is too old for full hd monitors, yet they charged me rm 30 for the cable when one can get a new bga cable online with just rm 17 and for full hd desktop!

โ โ โ โ โ I went today and being attended by the salesperson. He is so nice. Tell them the budget and they will find the best laptop that suits your pocket. Highly recommended for seremban people if want to look for laptop. The salesperson is knowledgable, calm and attentive. 10 stars for S2 It Avenue for hiring such a good staffs.
