β β β β β The service was poor & unprofessional. Brought the laptop to check why is the microphone not working. Without checking on the windows setting, the staff came to the conclusion is hardware failure. So disappointed.

β β β β β Genuine review. Gave 2 laptop to reformat. Pretty basic task. Laptop return with lotsa issue. Resume task issue, watch movie stuck halfway, keyboard some keys not working. Truly, it was a workable laptops. This guys just messed it up. I don't mean to go back n fix it up with them coz I believe in quality n it should come the first time itself. Seriously it is pretty basic task
