β β β β β Food was affordable but pretty average. The octopus that came with Set A was bland and unappetising. The kimchi pancake was quite bland without the dipping sauce but the texture was pretty alright. Side dishes were not bad but lacking in variety. Kimchi was quite good.
Ventilation was awful though and it was very hot. We were seated outside and it was intensely smoky as the outdoor tables don't have smoke extractors.

β β β β β One thing we like because the boss is very friendly. Side dishes are very generous. Don't expect anchovies ya. ? But this one place of the most economical place to eat. Especially on the lunch set.

β β β β β The only side dishes given is in the photo... Not tasty at all. Pasta has no taste, sausage tastes bad. Only good thing is the kimchi. Ordered cold noodles but it wasn't cold. Seafood pancake was very thick, sauce was different from before.

β β β β β Food and price, no complaint, normal as what you would get at any other Korean BBQ restaurant. What is interesting to review here, is the service of this shop. It was awful to the core.
Staff is extremely inattentive. As you can see on the photo, there are only 5 side dishes available and small in quantity, each of the refill will need your initiative to call them and they would take at least 5 mins to bring out the new one. Sometimes I couldnβt stand the long wait, I bring it to the counter, and yet, same result, they would require you to sit and wait. You can see in the photo as how the grill pan became dark as charcoal, yet, no one is even bother to change for you. Tissue box on the table is empty and also, you will need to raise your hand, they will came over if they felt they are happy to do so, then another 5 to 10 mins for a new set.
I still remembered when I first tried a Korean BBQ in Ampang almost 10 years ago. That kind of unique Korean hospitality is the best offer over the meal apart from food and price. Wherever I went to a Korean BBQ restaurant, great hospitality is almost a guarantee throughout this 10 years, some of the shop even go to the extend the boss will even sit down and have a sip or 2 with you. This is the kind of true hospitality and friendliness that really amazed me and keep me repeating visit to various different Korean BBQ restaurant in Malaysia.
The quality of service of this shop is so substandard donβt even talk about great Korean hospitality, a true disgrace to your fellow Korean restaurateur in Malaysia. I am truly disappointed with this shop.

β β β β β Located at JayaOne. This place will satisfy your hunger for Korean bbq meat. Can't complain on ventilation as it's a BBQ place. Serving service is fast and food is average though could have more of original Korean side dishes after all the boss is Korean. On Sunday it's full house.

β β β β β I really love and enjoyed the food so much, and its not crowded as weekdays.
Worth to try the BBQ set and also the kimchi soup. As this is my favourite. Reasonable price with good service.

β β β β β Visited on 9/1/22 during lunch hour. Lunch hour quite good biz though. Food wise is average. The Korean boss is very friendly. Ordered Set A (pork belly, pork shoulder, octopus) + pork rib , seafood pancake , soft tofu stew & spicy seaweed rice ball. Seem like not enough staff to serve when biz is good. Kimchi side dishes is good. SeAfood pancake was good though. Grilled pork is pretty standard. Sitting outside can be a bit hot. All self service & you gotta grilled it yourself . But the Korean boss will look around the table then on & off will go to the table to see if any he could offer to help .
