call x angkat2...sajj kulai kena banyak buat pembaharuan...sbgai contoh.. kalau staf customer service sajj xboleh nak angkat call bz sgt..tukar jer.. biar (makcik bawang) clener yg handle customer service xpun bagi pakguard (pakcik bawang) yg jaga customer service...susah sgt nk jwb call .?
call x angkat2 ... sajj kulai needs a lot of renewal ... for example .. if the customer service staff sajj x can want to lift call bz sgt..change jer .. let (aunt onion) the clener who handles customer service xpun for pakguard ( pakcik bawang) yg jaga customer service ... susah sgt nk jwb call .?

Serius sangat teruk perkhidmatan . Sudah buat permotongan tapi tiada penyambungan air semula walaupun pembayaran yang dinyatakan telah dilangsaikan . Bayar 3hb pagi sampai sekarang 5hb malam tiada air . Ni nak kena tunggu pejabat bukak pada hari AHAD ke apa ni nak pergi tanya ? Takkan terlepas pandang , aniaya betul orang camni .
Seriously bad service. Already made a deduction but no resumption of water even though payment has been claimed. Pay 3 am till now 5 pm no water. So do you have to wait for the office to open on Sunday so what do you want to ask? Don't overlook it, the camouflage is really bad.

Semlam 20/4/22 -Meter air rumah saya tiba2 hilang dicabut oleh lanun Saj Ranhill tanpa notis walaupun ada penghuni dirumah. Keesokannya21/4/22 seawal pukul 8.15pg saya ke pejabat Saj utk menylesaikan bayaran bill berjumlah rm180 + rm70( pemasangan semula meter). Kecewanya bila berurusan dgn pegawai minta disegerakn pemasangan, namun dimaklumkn selepas pkl 5.00ptg . Minta budi bicara pon x dilayan. Balik rumah tunggu sampai 7.05mlm lbih xde pemasangan meter dibuat lg. Apelah syarikat besar tidak menepati pelanggan. Amat mengecewakn....
Yesterday 20/4/22 -My house's water meter was suddenly removed by pirates Saj Ranhill without notice even though there were occupants in the house. The next 21/4/22 as early as 8.15am I went to Saj's office to settle the bill payment amounting to rm180 + rm70 (meter re -installation). Disappointed when dealing with officers asked for the installation to be expedited, but was informed after 5.00pm. Ask for the discretion of pound x served. Back home wait until 7.05pm more xde meter installation made lg. Appeals of large companies do not meet customers. Very disappointing ....

Staffs here were really friendly and everything I inquired about was explained thoroughly. I was assisted regarding the outstanding bill and I requested for bill statement. Can be paid by cash or card. Will definitely come again if there is any issue.
