Very terrible service, no good. Want to open saving account, ask this la that la. In the end kasi reason pun not allow to open account. Wth. Memang wasting time. ?????????????? Sorry I want to highlight this issue to KL office

it more prefer to get no star. i had apply with them by walk in. i had passed all completed document. 2 weeks later still no follow up by email or call. i call them but more surprise when they said not have in the system. wth. more prefer to direct with hq kl, frequently follow up.

The manager seem so friendly. Unfortunately, he will asked u signed the things that u don't even understand. And when it comes to canceling the things on the same day, and i waited him outside for almost 2 hours just because I don't want to disturb him with other customer, but he's MIA. I'm trying to talk nicely to him. And he's irresponsible. If CIMB MAKE ANY DEDUCTIONS TO MY ACCOUNT. I will ask the exact amount to refund back ?

3 THINGS THEY SERVE YOU HERE : i. slow service & Bad attitude towards customer. ii. chq machine always out of service. iii. too many salesman in front of the bank door. very distracting & oftenly force u to buy their useless product.

Very bad service. I can't even imagine how can be so terrible like thiss. Please don't make the customers intp burden. Really terrible workers, not even attend the call. Won't even answer back properly. Keep always their faces rude. Don't know how to handle customers.

The service to the customer is very bad ... it's a bit like asking you to do it yourself..while the system problem is from your own bank..when the customer asks, please focus instead of talking ... tell them to call the kuala lumpur center yourself..but when you call busy je..when do you want to be able to solve cust's problem..3 times I went and tried to do it myself, I can't..when I told him to do it myself..when he asked angrily cust take note CIMB KULAI ...

pool service, I was standing at the counter, there were two counter ladies in front of me, they ignored me, they were chatting, I was waiting for them to finish chatting, then I said I wanted to cancel my takaful, they didn't know they could ask others, instead of answering me directly saying no , and later he asked his manager before he said yes. Stupid counter!
