โ โ โ โ โ Tested for lunch: Hand crafted Albacore Tuna with Quinoa salad.
Verdict : rather ok lah and feels healthy but missing a little soul magic in terms of taste and service.
The drinks come with metal straws for environmental reasons (I hope) but there's no way of knowing how well its been washed (they are notoriously difficult to clean normally) as it comes in the drink already... SA Management should consider the metal straws as optional and outside the drink.
Top tips : fill in the form before you reach the cashier to save time.
Make sure you get as many, and maybe extra, portions of sauce - especially with the bigger salads (the staff don't think to give you the allocated sauce cups if you don't specifically ask).

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience first time ordering through grabfood.
I ordered Chicken Aglio Olio and received a cold and tasteless spaghetti with no chicken at all ...i end up throwing in the trash i do know salads are served cold but im pretty sure Aglio Olio doesn't served cold.
I also asked for cutlery and stainless steel straw that i paid for and i didn't get both..am i supposed to eat with my two fingers?:)
The items i i ordered are just worthless and overpriced.

โ โ โ โ โ The quality of the salads and ingredients are good however the restaurant could be better managed:
1. Order process with paper is complicated. Once I accidentally ordered a sandwich instead of a salad.
2. They had run out of Roasted chicken by 2 pm. Why donโt you ensure you have prepared more in advance?
3. I checked the checkbox that I want to have my dressing mixed into my salad but the staff didnโt do that - they just poured it over. Itโs a hassle having to try to mix it with fork and spoon.
4. The staff are lazy to clean up the tables although the restaurant was empty. The restaurant asks customers to clear away bowls and cutleries after theyโre done but of course nobody does that in Malaysia so lots of tables were full with used bowls and cutleries.

Food is great, portion is generous (although the spaghetti could be better), and the packaging is excellent. Zero leakage of sauces.
Recommend Monk Bowl for vegetarians. The hint of mango & pomegranates gives you the sweetness needed to make an otherwise bland rice, appealing to the taste buds.
Spaghetti Bolognese is so-so. It could use more sauce to make the spaghetti slightly more moist. Nothing special, can be ignored.

โ โ โ โ โ Salmon poke bowl is delicious, and it offers alot of sauces to add on. It's always been my favourite menu from Salad Atelier. Honey wasabi sauce is also a good match with the shoyu salmon.
However the Chicken Teriyaki poke bowl is abit dry and the chicken breast is a bit salty.

โ โ โ โ โ 1 star for the packaging & portion.
Taste - Bland. Sauce - Very little. Texture - Pasta is not fully cooked, meatball is too dry.
Serious improvement is needed if they want to continue selling pasta. A lot of varieties in the store, but they need to ensure they all are up to par.
Will I order again - No.

โ โ โ โ โ Salad is not a favorite in Malaysia. We just dont consume enough vege. It is hard to find a good one here. Salad Atelier offers variety options for your โheathyโ meals.
