โ โ โ โ โ Food was good, but had to wait almost an hour for my pasta and fries. We had to ask the staff three times and still waited while other dishes were coming out. My colleague was late for his meeting and we went over our lunch time. Only one staff apologized and took so long for a follow up.

โ โ โ โ โ Think this is the worst La Juiceria outlet I have ever tried. Their Beef Poke Bowl + Nasi Lemak never disappoints but this outlet served hard rice and cold chicken/beef. Will not be dining here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Compared with other branches, this is really the worse for the following reasons:-
1) is more of self service although they are more than enough workers;
2) there is no order slip displayed;
3) no water station for plain water (I have to request it at the bar and they poured from the bar);
4) the air ventilation is really need to be fix ;twice I dine here and the kitchen smells are really bad;
5) ordered built your own salad but portion really small compared to other branches

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst La juiceria I've been. I used to enjoy la juiceria food and environment previously but not this time.
When we first step in, the front door or dunno back door is the only enterance make us confusing, and this is small problem but the the floor was so slippery and I nearly fall down because of a pool of water on the floor and no one clean it at all(even after we had done our lunch).
Secondly, the table, chair fork and spoon all are very dirty although they provide the hot water for cleaning purpose, but still we are worried about the cleaniness of this restaurant as the staff doesn't take up their responsible to clean the restaurant especially this is a very sensitive period of covid. The table and chair was left with stain maybe from the day before because we are the first customer in the morning.
The staff inside the kitchen is talking loudly and laugh non stop and we can hear it from outside.
I know a lot of business is suffering from this pandemic especially restaurant, but I do hope that you could improve your hygiene problem in this branch so that in the future customer won't be facing the same problem as us. thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ This is not up to La Juceria standards. Got the Teriyaki Chicken pokebowl upgraded to quinoa and have not seen such a sad looking and unappetising bowl from La Juceria. Chicken was a pale, almost brown colour and with barely any greens. For RM22 I expect alot more for my food.
Also found what seems to be the end of an old carrot that has turned black. The standards need to go back up!

โ โ โ โ โ It was a great restaurant. The manager of the restaurant name Eboy was a wonderful host. We were welcomed warmly and he really did go out of his way to accommodate our requirements and stay comfortable to indulge our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and quite which was perfect to have a conversation. The overall service was excellent. The pesto pasta & carbonara mushroom pasta was extremely delicious and well presented. This was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Tried their Teriyaki Chicken Soba and Medium Rare Sliced Beef, Beef Tripes & Beef Tendons Pho. Soba is ok but Pho could be improved in terms of taste (personal preference).
