Clean, organized and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the private medical center around Seremban. Average size complex, some specialist with easy to find location. Got emergency department but not for everybody only for those who have insuran coverage or got a lot of money even though the accident happen in front of their emergency entrance. Thats what we call life...nothing cheap anymore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only one private hospital in Senawang city beside Hospital Bersalin Sukhilmi. Some staff is okay some are not friendly with customer. Lack of facilities such as canteen and ATM machine not available in the hospital. Doctor who treat me was Dr. Pazli, good service and detail. Now undergoing physiotherapy. During many people service is slow but better than government hospital. Some of their staff worked hard to update patient files, sending patient to next treatment, set time for an appointment. #privatehospital #salamspecialist #senawang #medicalcentre #24hoursemergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless Hosp. Not friendly security(first point contact) , nurses attitude??. Looks like very money minded.. Best part 3 days admitted and I didn't get chance to speak to a doctor f2f. Reason being.. Public holiday and weekend it seems.. Even great they diagnosed dengue for a UTI issue. We just did urine test for mom again at local clinic nearby our house nothing like dengue and doctor confirm UTI looking at the urine test result . I speak to the doctor via phone at 7am on 2nd day admission at Salam hosp .The nurses inform that the doctor came all the way from kl to senawang and he will early morning only. Ridiculous!. The platelet count was normal on day 3 and I request to release my mom. After so much hesitation finally they allow. Totally waste of time and money.
Please review your policy.. How can you say you will do all test after admission only? Shouldnt I decide whether or not to admit mom after know her test results ?! Idiots!
