Last year June went here for the 1st service and car wash waited for 3 hours but when I drove out my car found out No Car wash and vacuum (paid) I called in and ask what happened? Promise to replace it on my next visit (2nd service) but when I went last few weeks December and I also told the receptionist and MsYong (who answered my call) said will arrange but at last, after waiting for 3hours no car wash and vacuum also. If really cannot get it done please don't promise.

We were here on Sunday noon,around 12pm. When we first walked in the receptionist was not there, the sales person saw us walk in for service just simply point us 'there there' as if we will bother him for our car service. After waited for a while, we were told that the service time for Sunday is until 12pm only, therefore we have to walk in another day. We did called in few days back to ask if we need to make an appointment first before walk in. Sadly, the receptionist said appointment won't make any difference, just walk in straight. A well furnished place with bunch of staffs that need coaching and training.

The worst customer service that I met in my life, she hang off my call!! I called to asked l have any slot or have to book and she answer me just come. I reached there around 8.25am and they open at 8.30am. After I reached there and she say you have to booked if not your car will done few hours mayb afternoon but Don know what time !! ! I called her after I go back my car and ask why she didn't tell me early,if tell me early I no need to go there with jam! She hang off my call and walk with angry face. I saw inside all the reaction

Worse ever Honda service center. Had my car serviced few weeks ago and experienced issues with my car. Called and asked for further inspection and only response was foremen was too busy with other car servicing and I have to wait for (god know how long) number of days after leaving my car at the service center. 2 days later, I tried to call customer hotline but no one was answering / couldnโ€™t reach the hotline at all. Can only vent my frustration here. For those who are considering to send their cars here, pls reconsider as their after-service service is utterly disappointing.

What kind of service centre , loser !! No follow up when asked to make an appointment to service back my faulty brake which done my service back two weeks

Whoever is planning to buy a car here, I suggest to go elsewhere. I received the car with a small crack on the front grill which I didn't notice (luckily I took a picture on the day I received it which showed the crack). Anyhow the crack got bigger over time, and after 2 weeks receiving the car I reported it thinking I could claim warranty, but it's been a week now and I haven't heard anything. Also, if you're still planning to purchase a car from here, do not buy it from the SA mid-aged chinese female (I think there is only one). In addition to the crack, I received no free gifts, and worst of all absolutely 0 petrol. Service she provided was horrible as well - she got angry at me for basic questions like "Can I get the car earlier?" The only good thing I experienced was I got the car 2 days earlier than promised

Very bad customer service. The reception do not pick up phone on Saturday morning. The technician called to inform about my car servicing, I asked him to check on my car wiper malfunction, they said they only do car checking on Monday to Thursday, Saturday they do only servicing. Please enlighten me, if you did not do any checking, then how can you conclude what service my car required? And, I like to call back the technician lane line and customer service general line at least 10 times, no pick up at all. This Honda Cheras service here was not up to expectation and deteriorated. Highly disappointed!
