I would call it as rental room for worker / hostel rather than hotel.

Pontian Wanton Noodles popular throughout Malaysia and Singapore, Chinese Chicken Rice, McDonald's, local toasts available in local coffeeshops, there is no worry about food. Public buses to/from Singapore and the city of Johor Bahru passby outside the hotel along Highway 5 (Jalan Johor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new coat of paint and brighter sheets could help up this .. Cheap spot for the night, but all in all staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, no bugs and Hot water.. It did the job...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel offers various types of room space at very cheap prices in the area. the rooms provided are also comfortable to suit the wishes, but not the same as a 3-5 star hotel. In conclusion, if you want a budget hotel easily and quickly, Sam Huat Hotel is the solution
