Staff not user friendly, not customer service oriented, should sent them training on how to entertain client. Service staff given empty promise to update the status for the product sent for service. I will think twice to buy Samsung product again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero star I would. It's hard to understand when Samsung have great products (Except Note 7) but the After Sales fails. In this place it fails tremendously. I shifted my business phone to other brand because of the failure of the After Sales. Unfortunately Kuantan only have one.
