★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great shopping experience with Samsung CS store, I was finding a birthday gift for my mom with the PWP program on going, I have enquired whole JB area Samsung outlet if they have this promotion or are the items in stock however most of the stores do not run the campaign or ran out or store or not responsive at all like the outlet in Southkey. However, when I called City Square outlet, the call was picked in less than 3 rings which was great, what was even great, they allowed and kept my reservation for two days (the last piece) which I wanted that particular color. Hence when I went to pickup the present and also paid for it, I was served by Adam. He was sincere and detailed with his explanation. Great service from Adam and City Square Samsung Outlet. ? really appreciate the hardwork and effort and the SERVICE!
