Cos just i went to the branch to witndraw some money ..but i forgeten to bring my atm card ...so went to the branch ....how come there have to check my document n take so long fr investiget the matter....what the service is this !..pls upgrate fr this cimb branch

However, the pc system was incredibly slow! 20minutes per customer just for a simple account opening?!
