Nice Samsung shop selling all kind of Samsung gadgets. Price is fixed and sometimes they provide discounts. Staffs were friendly, helpful and kind.

Kudos to Malin, always providing excellent customer service, friendly and attentive to applying screen protectors on my phone. I never look for anyone else but him. No doubt a good employee Samsung has ever had! Keep up the good work nice Samsung store.

The salesperson, LZL, was very friendly and attentive to all my questions. However, there were issues with the screen protector he applied for my Note 9. After a few hours there was a stain in the middle of the screen, as if it was lifted up which could not be removed. Maybe my Spigen case pushed on the edges, or the screen protector was subpar, or maybe the staff didn't apply it properly. Either way, I was assured my case was compatible, and the protector was very good and supposedly worth the RM189 I spent. All in all, bad experience and a waste of money for me. For screen protectors, look for other more knowledgeable staff.

The store is fine. There is one staff you need to BEWARE. I suggest samsung to discipline him. Your staff name EUGENE tried to cheat me of a free gift. 14/3/2020 I went to buy the s20. Before being approached, I saw the promo clearly stating. Any s20 family entitled to SD and wireless charger. This guy say no, s20 6.2 inch only entitled SD only. I went to thundermatch and saw the same promo. Fatin told me yes. the promo states free SD and wireless charger. 16/5/2020. went back to samsung to extend warrenty as kena MCO. I asked this lady.What was the march promo for s20. She confirm free SD and wireless charger. Also tell me today also have. I went to a malay salesman name Shazwan. I ask him the same question. Say the same thing. Show me the old promotion photo on march which they didnt change saying its same as last time. I ask first before spilling the beans because it can be benefit of a doubt depending on management practice of different company. Eugene, I hope you are reading this. You lost your commission and also will be getting a complained letter to your manager.

Compared to The Garden Samsung Service Centre, this store is much much better. Went there 3 times in 2 days. Served by different staffs and all of them are attentive, friendly and useful. Kudos team

Well, what can I say but CAVEAT EMPTOR. Buyer Beware! After purchasing my Note 10+ from Maxis in Aug last year, an unfortunate accident last night, the corner shattered, even with a screen protector and a phone case purportedly able to protect the phone from 2 meters. Samsung (Mid Valley): Samsung's warranty clearly states that no cosmetic damage to the screen is covered unless upon unboxing of the phone. Wow...Samsung you choose poorly for your materials to build your phones and rely mainly on your brand to sell, not primarily your quality of the product and its performance. No wonder other mobile phone manufacturers are catching up and surpassing you. On top of that, the Note 10+ antenna issues are still apparent (with other recent Samsung models having full reception in certain indoor areas compared to the Note 10+). I am an eyewitness to 2 cases already and I know I am not alone. FYI, I am a holder of a Note2. Loved the performance and dropping it was never with any serious consequence. Battery lasted for the entire 5 years of its lifetime without the need to change. What happened Samsung??? Final thoughts, CAVEAT EMPTOR. Buyer Beware! May your next phone purchase and plan purchase be satisfactory.
