I asked with cantonese about the price on S21+ but answer me with english and point to the price tag ask me to see by myself, if you pretend to be high educated ABC banana just tell me you can't speak cantonese. But so weird you can understand my cantonese sentence so well. What a shame on this young guy with bad service,
lousy communication skill. Not recommended to shop here, spoiled customer buying mood. Good luck with your future career opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased one Samsung galaxy S20FE on 21/07/21 from Samsung outlet in Sunway Velocity at a cost of RM2,699.00. But at the same time the actual cost of this set was RM2,499.00 only at a discount of RM500.00. The sales staff Mr. Zaimi hide the offer price from me in a tricky way and offer me a discount of RM300.00. Later, another sales man namely Mr. Ronold joined him. They talked to each other something in Malay language that I didn't understand. I doubt about their conversation. After leaving this place I checked through online and also visited the store in klcc. Everywhere the cost of this set is RM2,499.00 only. Shame on them.
