If you like those Bak kuk teh that the soup is not too thick, this could be a good option for you to go. The standard size of food is quite small might not enough for big eater, but would be just nice for you to order others add on like chicken legs and vegetables.

Price : Bak Kut Teh 1 pax RM7.50 White Rice RM 1.00 Yao Char Koay RM 1.00 The soup taste good with slightly heavy pepper aroma. There is no big difference with other Bak Kut Teh. Only green chilli and dark concentrated soy sauce are given while red chilli and light soy sauce are not.

Northern style bak kut teh , with mainly clear soup, mushrooms, tao ki, but less emphasis on meat. If you're not looking specific part of meat ( such as pork ribs, etc) , this could be your place for bkt.

This San Sui Bak Kit Teh long time already. During kid time my parents always bring me here to enjoy the food. They start the business at evening around 5pm something. Aunty told me when the soup boiling they will start sell it. The soup taste good and I like to mix with youtiao (油炸鬼). If like enokitake can add on into soup as well to make the soup more delicious. Every Monday will closed.

The only roadside open-air bak kut teh I can think of in Butterworth. Located opposite Butterworth Court. An old stall beside an aquarium shop, it has been in business for 2 or 3 decades. Perhaps it could be the cheapest bak kut teh in town. A bowl of bak kut teh, a plate of bean sprouts, a bowl of rice and a cup of water cost only RM11.70 (19/5/19).
