They had literally 3 people in the branch and couldn’t be bothered to serve customers saying “busy” repeatedly. The common saying victims of their own success may apply here. No apologies but just attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and flexible. They waited even though I was late, after I called up earlier. The pork from Sanbanto seems special. Difficult to explain. Need to ask my cat as she will not other pork after having Sanbanto's. ?? I like it too.

They also have dumplings, sausages etc. So far services has been great everytime I'm there, they always do their best to explain and suggest to you what meat to use for different style of cooking. You can call in to pre-order and I think they have online ordering now too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a privilege it is to have such a clean, professional pork butcher in this neighborhood! Ordered fresh cuts from them multiple times and I've never been disappointed with both the quality and freshness of their raw cuts of meat, and by how tasty their marinated cuts are! You definitely get the quality of meat that you pay for. I especially enjoy their meishan/black pork cuts and order it often but their regular pork is equally good too.
Service is helpful, shop is brightly lit and very clean, and they can even do custom cuts for you if you need a specific cut of meat to make a certain dish, just communicate with them and they'll help you out - reminds me of the markets and neighborhood butcher shops in America and so glad to something similar here in KL! Note that some custom cuts and orders will require ordering ahead of time so they can prepare it for you for pick-up. Personally, in my most recent visits, I must say I was super impressed with how both butchers doing the meat cutting were women! Very cool and it's inspring to see these strong ladies taking the lead as professional butchers here!
They're a small but strong crew of staff members operating out of this location, no different than the number of staff operating your typical pasar/market butcher stall. With a large and growing customer base, definitely be just a little patient if they are attending to other people ahead of you. They do a great job explaining and discussing the different types of meat and cooking uses to each customer and will answer your questions too and I think that's quality service worth being patient for. If you are in a hurry, call ahead and order for pickup.
They sometimes have specials going on and frequently publish them on their Instagram feed (at least that's where I get my news from them). Overall a stellar small local business that I hope will continue to stick around. I highly recommend checking them out - so, so glad to have them in the neighborhood!
