★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually there are many varieties of hamster cages, bird cages and cat/dog cages. This place is not expensive as other shops, it offers more fish and its suppliments. There is no selling cats and dogs, rabbit and hamster I'm not sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse aquarium shop in Kluang. Should avoid this shop. Very disrespectful to customers. As I came in the shop today, the lady asked what Im looking for. I was being polite and said 'Im looking around, will decide later...' . With a straight face the lady said ' Nak tengok2, tapi taknak beli takpayah masuk'. I can still recall her voice...
As a hobbyist, Ive never felt so humiliated. Its a shop where people spend money for their hobby not essentials. Idk what kind of ideology the owner has operating the business. People nowadays can buy aquarium accessories, fishes, everything online. You are in no position to have that kind of attitude towards yout customer!
I was hoping for smile, coming after covid to do my part for these kind of businesses to survive. With all the hassle of SOPs, thanks for nothing. And for the record, you will never see me coming over to your shop again. You dont deserve to own a petshop with the bitter attitude! Might as well opt to sell cabbages instead.
Jk, wont even buy cabbages either from these species.
