β β β β β Kiosk ini merupakan salah satu kiosk yang menjual tiket bas sani express. Biasa beli online.tapi kali ni saja kebetulan melalui jalan ni..jadi terus singgah bertanyakan tiket bas sani express ke kuala lumpur. Secara keseluruhan, staf yang bertugas dikaunter sangat baik...peramah..dan sangat membantu kami untuk membeli tiket mengikut kehendak kami tanpa merungut. Cuma untuk berhenti membeli tiket dikiosk ini, parking agak terhad.parking ditepi jalan sahaja tanpa menghalang lalΓΉ lintas. Dan untuk menaiki bas, bas akan menunggu di terminal berhampiran tesco.
 This kiosk is one of those kiosks that sell express bus tickets. Usually buy online. But this time it is by the way ... so stop asking for express bus tickets to kuala lumpur. Overall, the staff on the counter were very friendly ... friendly and very helpful with buying tickets to our liking without complaining. Just to stop buying this ticket, parking is limited. Parking is only on the street without obstructing traffic. And for the bus, the bus will be waiting at the terminal near tesco.

β β β β β I tried their coach from kl to kB for a round trip, here are my comments
Kl to kB:
1. The couch were full of cockroachs
2. Tv were not working
kB to kl
1. No tv
2. Airconditionar canal were broken
3. Not clean
The only positive thing I can mention is that we are safe and sound at the end.

β β β β β The bua is really slow and it stop at many place. This take extra more2 hours to reach the destination. Really a bad experience and no next time for this. And u guess wht COCKROACHES is beside u, on the door. Its really really bad ,just hope can reach my hometown as soon as possible. Such a terrible experience. Admin for Sani express, if u can see this pleasedo report to the person incharge, try to fix the uncomfortable of the bus.

β β β β β I tried this bus from TBS to Kuala Besut station, and my experience was really bad. The bus was dirty and smelly , full of cockroaches on the seats and walls. And on the way back the crew was behaving really rude. Personally, I don't recommend this bus company if you planning to go for a long trip, like ours was 8 hours.

β β β β β I took the bus from kl to kuala besut, trip no MKB13 on 3rd August.
The bus was FULL OF COCKROACHES!!! Literally cockroaches on the seats, on the wall, on the window side.
Our seats were on the bottom floor. We asked the driver to change our seats but the bus was full.
It was literally 9 hours of torture with having cockroaches on your body and in your bags.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Even the most basic thing which is cleanness is not followed.

β β β β β We took the bus from KL to Kuala besut on 3 August at 10 pm , the bus was full Cockroaches Ψ and they said that that's it nothing to do with it and the trip was for 10 hours! ,
And we came back 7 August at 9 am the bus was super cold and can't control the volume of the digress, we been sick and the driver and his assistant were rude , raising thier voice just for any questions,
Bad experience with it , teach ur drivers how to treat the passengers . I'll never recommend it to anyone.
