I had been used SANI EXPRESS service many times and as usual bad service received. No improvement at all. if there is other option to my route, I will not choose SANI anymore. If the estimated journey took 3h, why need to drag so long for break until took 5h journey. Poor service.

BUS DELAYED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS! AIRCOND WAS TOO COLD. I CANT SLEEP ALL NIGHT LONG.

Booked trip from Klang Sentral to Kerteh. The driver drove the double decker bus dangerously all the way, specially on tight corners including speeding on Karak Highway. Other than that the AC didn't worked throughout the trip. Had to change the bus at Kuantan and it took 1 hour for the other bus to arrive. Pretty bad experience and that will be my first and last using this bus co.

Delayed for 2 hours. Bus at 10pm but arrived at 12am. Have to wait 2 hours at the terminal kota bharu in the late night. ??????

Waited for 3 hours and was told to wait for another 2. Last time i used aani express, it was 1.5 hours delay. Definitely not gonna repeat again.

It was very disappointed trip. Too many stops. 2 hours journey still in the same state. And then at pahang got to stop pick up,drop off passengers at Cherating, Kuantan. Driver said can not bring food to the seat. Need to leave the food at the driver. You think us some school boy going for a trip? We pay for the service. Supposely only 4 hours from dungun. Supposely arrived at 1.12am. But it is 2 hours late! Stupid service from a stupid bus provider. Never ride on sani express anymore. Saya usaha ambil tiket awal pukul 8 sebab nak sampai awal. Tapi sebab bas singgah merata tak guna ambil awal sampai lewat jugak. Tq

Very disappointing on the customer service. Waited at Terminal Klang Sentral (written in the ticket) 30 minutes earlier than scheduled time which 9am. Then later confirmed with the counter and the personnel mentioned that I waited at wrong point (If it's wrong, then clearly put to wait at Terminal Sani). Went to the supposed waiting point and was informed that the bus had departed. Asked them why don't they call when they have the customer's phone number and was given answer it's up to the driver to call or not. Truly speechless. Less than a minute call to check won't hurt. You don't really care about your customer, aren't you. I rarely get frustrated like this but if u just give me a short call in the first place, I guess I won't be giving such a bad review. Edited - Just finished and clarified with the Sani personnel. Managed to get refund. Hopefully, the service will be improved and never encounter this matter again. Thank you very much for the assistance given.
