★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall just ok. It was an improved version of normal bus station. I thought this place can be improved better in future.
Seriously for somebody which have more baggage need locker@ baggage services. It wasn't practical to drag all your big bag while your departure still long time to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terminal was very nice and strategic. In the terminal have a small court for waiting and eat. Have 2-4 shop. The toilet very nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star ONLY because the place was well kept. The staff at the ticket counter was rude and condescending. Did not bother to read the instructions shown on the booking page (clearly said i did not need to print out ticket) and proceeded to charge me! Kalau stress kerja customer service, don’t take it out on other customers just because they ask more questions that you can afford to take. Just be nice to people and maybe make an effort to read???

I like this system. Less hassle and paperless.
Or u may purchase your tix online on any bus co, then redeem your boarding pass at the counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no hate but the staff there was barely giving their attention to customer, this place seems to be ran like a family business, the staff are babysitting their child while on work. the line was already so long and they are still on their phone. I understand that its hard for them to care for their child but they should know their responsibility.
