โ โ โ โ โ Very very rude staff especially at the Kuala airport! they are crazy staff and know nothing about customer service!
from my experience I advised every one to take care before booked his ticket with this airlines!
I believe that almost of Malaysian women's must be charge due to their bad manners!
not only that they didn't have any experience or knowledge!

โ โ โ โ โ These people they changed my flight with a longer 23 hours from from KL to Morocco without my permission and I have to wait 13HOURS in jeddah, for that I need a transit Visa which cost 700RM extat instead of rewarding me with hotel or lounge where to rest for the 13 hours wasted of my time , PLUS THAT SAOUDIAN EMBASSY IN KUALA LUMPUR DONT ANSWER THE CALL And they re just wasting my money by putting me on hold , it's a none sense service and don't care about the customer's time or their comfort .I HONESTLY DONT ADVICE ANY ONE TO FLY WITH THEM .VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

โ โ โ โ โ Called to enquire on flight tickets. I assumed the staff is having a bad day or Monday blues or whatever bcs he did not sound warm and welcoming at all. But he did provide answers to my queries so 2 stars for that.

โ โ โ โ โ Female sales (amy) was rude, sound impatient, arrogant and haughty over the phone. Please send your staff for proper training as they are bad enough in handling customer over the phone. They are damaging the image and reputation of the airline. ??????????.

โ โ โ โ โ Call for the matter of adding my newborn in the ticket.No introduction of the staff and the way she answering ur query is very rude as if she own the place.Given another no to call regarding the price yet no one is picking up the phone.How in the world I know the name of the staff who handling my matter when there is no introduction of urself when answering the phone??The way they attending the phone call is not professional at all.
