overall feeback as per my teleconversation with the boss. (Sorry i just copy the feedback from whatsapp as it will be too long to rephrase balik) 1. *Makanan* Makan okay. tapi macam yg abg sy cakap, rasa jauh beza dengan food tasting. Tapi tu bg sy masih ok selagi takde complaint dari mana2 tetamu. 2. *Penjaga Suhu* Penjaga suhu tak disediakan seperti yang dijanjikan. Kalau ikut yang macam kita deal, dari awal mmg pihak catering cakap Rela tak disediakan sebab kenduri dalam pulau. Tapi penjaga suhu mmg akan ada dari side catering dan akan sediakan *standing temperature detector* dan *Hand Sanitizer* . Jadi sepatutnya penjaga suhu tetap disediakan. tak kisah sama ada sy amik rela sendiri atau pun tak. Disebabkan hal ini, keluarga saya kalut last minit kena keluaq p cari barang2 tu pulak. Tak rasa ke keadaan tu menyusahkan pihak kami?? 3. *SOP* Tak ada langsung tape keliling khemah utk tutup laluan supaya org tak senang2 keluar masuk dari mana2 arah. padahal pihak catering cakap dah biasa dan sangat cekap dgn pengurusan SOP utk COVID. tak ada masalah utk patuh SOP. but basically bnyak perkara berkaitan SOP tak disediakan. 4. *Meja Beradab* Waktu discuss, pihak catering ada maklumkan harga RM 400 utk meja beradab termasuk dgn 2 lauk pengantin. *Ikan Siakap & Udang*. Tapi yang ada cuma sekor ayam. dan *pertukaran lauk tak langsung dimaklumkan pada saya*. Boleh saya tahu berapa harga sekor ayam compare dgn Siakap dan Udang? RM 400 tu berbaloi ke utk tambah sekor ayam? Dah ada lauk ayam goreng, tiba2 letak ayam golek sekor. Yang paling sy tak boleh terima, langsung tak minta persetujuan saya dulu. 5. *Sampah* Pihak catering tinggal sampah mcm tu je tepi jalan. tak buang. keluarga saya yang kena kutip buang sendiri. Memang mcm tu ke standard kerja pihak catering? 6. *Staff* Pihak catering cuma letak 3 orang pramusaji. (Dari info yang saya dapat daripada staff catering, pramusaji sepatutnya 6 orang). Saya nak panggil utk kemas meja beradap pun takde sape yg dtg, meja2 makan tetamu pun keluarga saya yg tolong clearkan. Sejujurnya saya rasa kecewa dgn service yang diberikan sebab waktu bincang semuanya okay. tapi on the actual day it turned up sangat teruk (except for makanan). Lebih elok kalau pihak catering jujur dari awal apa yg boleh sediakan dan apa yg tak boleh sediakan harap boleh betulkan dan improve supaya customer lain tak facing the same problem yg saya hadap. btw masalah ni dah selesai. Ini cuma feedback jujur dari saya sebagai customer utk pertimbangan semua pihak. terima kasih.

But that's still ok as long as there are no complaints from any of the guests. 2. * Temperature Keeper * Temperature keepers are not provided as promised. If you follow the kind of deal we have, from the beginning the catering party said Rela was not provided because of a feast on the island. But mmg temperature guard will be available from side catering and will provide * standing temperature detector * and * Hand Sanitizer *. So temperature keepers should be provided. It doesn't matter if my friend is willing or not. Because of this, my family was upset at the last minute because they had to look for the items. Don't you think that situation is bothering us ?? 3. * SOP * There is no tape around the tent to close the route so that people are not happy going in and out from any direction. even though the catering party is familiar and very efficient with the management of SOP for COVID. no problem to comply with SOP. but basically many SOP related matters are not provided. 4. * Civilized Table * During the discussion, the catering party informed the price of RM 400 for a civilized table including 2 bridal dishes. * Sea Bass & Shrimp *. But there is only a chicken. and * exchange of indirect dishes was informed to me *. Can I know how much a chicken costs compared to Siakap and Shrimp? Is RM 400 worth it to add a chicken? There is already fried chicken fish, suddenly there is a chicken golek sekor. The most sy can not accept, do not ask for my consent first. 5. * Trash * The catering party lives like garbage on the side of the road. Do not waste. My family had to pick it up and throw it away. Is that really the standard for the work of the catering party? 6. * Staff * The catering party only accommodates 3 waitresses. (From the info I got from the catering staff, the waiter should be 6 people). I want to call to tidy up the dining table, no one will come, the tables for the dining table of my family will help clear it. Honestly, I feel disappointed with the service provided because the discussion time is all okay. but on the actual day it turned up very badly (except for food). It is better if the catering is honest from the beginning what can be provided and what can not be provided hope you can correct and improve so that other customers do not face the same problem I face. btw this problem is over. This is just honest feedback from me as a customer for the consideration of all parties. thank you.

Harga mmg murah berbanding dgn pakej catering yg lain. Cuma sy geram apa yg dibincangkan xsama dgn apa yg dapat. Masa perbincangan, hidangan pengantin sepatutnya dpt ikan siakap dan udang. Tp yg dapat hanyalah isi ikan dori sebagai ganti ikan siakap dgn alasan yg xmunasabah iaitu susah nk dpt ikan siakap. Its okay kalau mcmtu tp knp tidak diberitahu dahulu ? kena dpt persetujuan dr dulu. Ni tak, sy tercegang masa hari kenduri sy. Kedua, ttg DJ. km dpt DJ yg tidak berpengalaman ya, rupanya itu DJ ganti shj. DJ yg sebenar tidak dpt hadirkan diri tanpa pengetahuan km jugak. yg boleh tau tu bila keluarga sy tanya sendiri DJ tersebut krn km lihat DJ tu kurang profesional ya. Tidak alert dgn tentatif yg sy dh bg ke dia. Photographer sy pula yg remindkan dia ttg tentatif majlis sy dan DJ tu pasang lagu yg tiada kaitan dgn kahwin. merepek2 lagu yg dia pasang. Allahu sy geram masatu hanya Allah yg tahu.. Malu sy dgn tetamu. Pihak catering mengatakan yg dorang pun tak tahu DJ tu DJ ganti. Sangat cuai ya. tp tidak mengapa krn at the end, sy minta kurang harga dr harga yg sebenar. Cuma tiada perkataan maaf dari Syafiq ya, iaitu org yg deal dgn sy. kakak dia yg minta maaf. Buat pihak catering, harap awk lebih profesional lepas ni, mesti buat spt yg telah dibincangkan dgn client, jgn ubah ikut suka hati tanpa mengira pakej yg diambil oleh pelanggan awk. Ibarat kalau ambik pakej murah, mmg layanan teruk ya? kalau pakej mahal baru awk layan baik ? pakej murah pun guna duit tau. bukan air liur. semoga perbaiki servis awk pd masa akn dtg. TQ
The price is cheap compared to other catering packages. I'm just angry about what was discussed with what I got. During the discussion, the bridal dish should be sea bass and shrimp. But all you can do is fill in dori fish instead of sea bass with the reason that it is difficult to get sea bass. Its okay if mcmtu tp knp not told first? must be approved first. Ni tak, sy tercegang masa hari kenduri sy. Second, about the DJ. I can get an inexperienced DJ, apparently it's just a replacement DJ. A real DJ can't show up without his knowledge. Who can know that when my family asks the DJ themselves because they see that the DJ is not professional. Not alert with the tentative sy dh bg to him. The photographer reminded him of the tentative ceremony and the DJ put on a song that had nothing to do with marriage. merepek2 songs he put. God, I am angry, only God knows .. I am ashamed of the guests. The catering party said that even the dorang didn't know that the DJ was a replacement DJ. Very careless yes. But it doesn't matter because at the end, I asked for less than the actual price. There is just no word of apology from Syafiq, that is, the person who deals with sy. Her sister apologized. For the catering party, I hope you are more professional this time, you must do as discussed with the client, do not change to your liking regardless of the package taken by your customer. It's like if you take a cheap package, isn't the service bad? If the package is expensive, will you treat it well? Cheap packages are worth the money. not saliva. I hope to improve your service in the future. TQ
