★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo has the worst guards - they make it hard for visitors to come in and ridiculously harder for sub-renting residents who don’t have parking access cards. I had a motorcycle when I was renting a room here and it’s free parking but I don’t have a parking card. They told me I need a parking sticker, so I went to the management office, bought the sticker & stuck it on my motorcycle. Then after a while, they told me I need to scan my access card at the reader by the guard house to enter. Every time there’s a new guard, I have to keep telling them the freaking elevator card doesn’t have the parking access, so it won’t work. It takes so much energy to communicate because they are all foreigners. Even worse than all, they said I am not allowed to move out on a Sunday or Saturday and wouldn’t let our van in?!?!? I work on weekdays and can only move out during the weekend. The management really have to step up and come up with a better security system to address these issues. Yes, tight security is good but for a room renter like me, it was a nightmare.

Noisy sound from children when they're playing at G Floor, loud footstep noise from an upstairs neighbor, noise from other place, etc...
And, poor management..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ security guards stare too much, creepy, rude, have attitude. please let the residents here get along with their day freely, be nice when asking for driving license, be pleasant since they're paying for the rent. please for the love of god be professional there's no need to stare a person down when they're just walking. learn some manners. give people some personal space there's no need to follow my girlfriend all the way to our unit when she forgot the access card

The land parcel is surrounded with semi-D houses, hence, the view will not be blocked by other future construction (if any). The building offers a comfortable and luxurious living to its residents with several facilities like aesthetically multipurpose hall, big gym rooms, badminton hall (2 courts), the scenic view of the pool side with 4 jacuzzi of Olympics standard infinity swimming pool, barbecue pit, yoga/tai chi area, picnic area, jogging track, playground and other recreational area. It provides a 24 hour security service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just another residential condo. has a Olympic size swimming pool, 2x badminton court, a floating gym, nursery, playground. Six lift in operation. visitor please take note that there's two entry to the compound especially you are registering at the guard house. The visitor parking us at basement 5 level and many first time visiting may find it difficult to find it
