★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is clean no doubt... i book 2 rooms.. both rooms the lock was broken... and there a big gap in the ceiling... other than that's it's good.. but would appreciate if can add more spread for breakfast..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 days 2 night stay. Rate is a little bit on the higher side.
Despite having a kitchenette, they dont offer anything besides a few mugs, teaspoons and a microwave.
Wifi is very speedy, since it's using the university's connection. No complaint on that part.
Housekeeping could've done a better job, bathroom was less than satisfactory, but nothing major

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is okay. The design mostly looks corporate. It is equipped with kiblat for Muslim and they do have Scholars Inn for food. Only the shower in the toilet is a little bit cramped for those who are bigger-built body. The sensor at the entrance door sometimes doesnt detect us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place and we will come again here if we visited KL next time. Its not too luxury but its comfortable for us. We booked a queen bed room with the price of RM158 including breakfast. I love their chicken rice and charkuey teow. Although its a bit pricy im ok with it since both are delicious and worth buying?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was unexpectedly fancy, we thought it was just a generic medium-priced room for a hotel since its under UTM's property. Also big ups to the friendly receptionist. Definitely will come again if we visit KL next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price rate is low but the room is super nice. Many parking place available (free also). There's restaurant beside the inn, delicious and affordable price ? near to LRT station too (have to go by car, walking is unnecessary cause quite far and busy roads here)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in a late. The receptionist gave me my room and when I opened the door to my room, turned on thebl lights and the room was not made up. I thought there was someone in the room :-)) The gave me another room so, that settles it. I went out in the morning the next day. When I came back, my room was not made up. I was like okay no worries. I did not know that we need to inform the housekeeping to make up room. I stayed at the hotel for work so, I guess if you come to scholars inn for work and those mishaps do not bother you, then you are okay. In terms of location, this hotel is near to UTM residensi, which is nice. You can eat, buy stuff etc. Well, this is only one person experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice hotel right within UTM campus. Probably could be improved better with a nice coverage of receptionist. Quite a few time called the number but there's no answer. Need to have a well trained staffs that look after the courtesy and hospitality to the customers. A very well mannered staffs that can bring joy and satisfaction to the customers will compensate many lacking facilities that the place doesn't have. Keep it up!
