★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becareful when purchasing expensive mattresses from this shop. Salesmen verbal promise cannot be trusted. Said the mattress comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty. After purchase, upon delivery, the label stated clearly only 1 year warranty. Furthermore, in addition many other terms and conditions to exempt themselves from returns and liabilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sofa from them. The stitches tore at the seams in less than 1 month. At first, Seahorse refused to replace. They would only repair by patching it up with glue. They said they're only responsible for defects reported within 24 hours. Otherwise, no replacement. I refused the repair and complained to customer service. Eventually, Seahorse agreed to replace the sofa. I'm happy with the outcome. I think I will continue to buy from them because their mattresses are really good.

1. I ordered mattress bed set but ended up received with insufficient screwsss!!
2. Dropped message on their website but they don't even serve or respond to your message!!
3. Attitude of the sales girl that serve isn't professional, the face totally forced to be barely smile, not in their professional to serve customer!
4. Display mattress here are little due to their limited space. It's recommend to rather go mid-valley branch which have more displays!!
5. Conclusion, Failed!!! Failed!!! Failed to serve customer!!!
