We used Mark and Rachel to care for our yacht while we were in Australia unable to return due to COVID. They took over from another company who had not taken great care of our boat and indeed the other company left many repairs half completed. Mechanically Mark was amazing fixing the other companies problems and more. Rachel took great care of the internal parts of the boat, the logistics and more. Frequently sending updates and videos and suggesting other projects that needed to be done that we had not considered.
Additionally when we were absolutely desperate for our boat to be moved to Penang to be shipped back to Australia [COVID again) they personally moved our boat - which included police permits and a multitude of logistical issues. And then tried to argue us DOWN in price. We ignored them!!!!! Literally could not recommend them any more.
