The salesperson said that the shop did that because they will provide after service care. Now the hose of the ac got issue and they just call me to contact the main factory. Rubish, scam, scum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sell defective goods. Bought a table fan from this shop and the fan is noisy while operating. Sent back to the shop for warranty on late march but received in late July. Slow processing speed. Poor attitude from the staff, who frequently flips his eyes to me like this when I urge him to follow up my case?. The table fan are still not in perfect condition after the warranty. By far the worst experience I've ever had from an appliance store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good discounts available from time to time. Just bought a 11 kg LG turbo drum slow close top load washing machine here with RM 100 discount. My last washing machine lasted 15 years. Bought air conditioners, refrigerators n tvs from them before. Service is satisfactory.
Shop is just next to McD Sungai Dua.
