★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was there around 11p.m. 7/2/2022, i order for a take away. the order is ready and the counter stuff didn't call the number but fooling around with other stuff while another customer ahead of me also been waiting more than 15mins and yet those stuff in the food preparation area not really taking their job serious instead chit chatting and ignorance. I am very disappointed for this kind of working attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bad as I didn't check my order when I pick up my orders and only realised short of a burger when I reached home. I called up the outlet and they are so nice to send me the missing order after verification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MCD Desa University as know as MCD Desa U. This place provided one area which you can eat and watching television at the same time. I also come here to watched football game with friends. Its make me enjoy my meal and enjoy the game show on television with friends better. Its just feel like watching in the kedai mamak but actually in MCD?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wearing a hoodie, and this place HAVE NO AIRCOND, tbf it was late so maybe they turn it off, and the chicken is already hard like its my first time, at mcdonalds eating a hard chicken, but overall its fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service, a cashier was rude to a foreign customer infront of me. He asked for a straw for a lid covered drink. The cashier was unable to explain properly and gave the jeling Mata look to the customer and gave the straw anyways. Train them on handling situations like this better please. The last thing a foreigner would want is unable to communicate and getting judged by locals for not being able to understand our language. MCD admins take a look on this matter please. The cashier was nice with me anyways hence the 4 stars. But it's still not okay on what he did. Educate them on etiquette. I've worked in F&B as well and I know how important the image of the company is. And staffs represent the company. So please work on this issue. Food was good and cleanliness was great ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and the food quality in this McDonalds outlet is quite okay. The outlet is quite spacious, and they have a lot of tables to accomodate customers. Because it is near Universiti Sains Malaysia, a lot of students comes and it can get crowded at times. Located at Sungai Dua main road.
