β β β β β The management should review the operation during fasting month. Yes, I do understand it was fully book before breaking the fast at 7.15pm. However, don't you think that you can earn more serving non Muslim at 5-6pm ? It's still 1-2 hour plus more before break the fast...Unless you think you don't even care to earn more..*speechless*

β β β β β Useless service ever, been to many other secret recipe, unfortunately this secret recipe has a very poor service, and the staffs are not friendly at all, had to wait so long for just 2 slice of cake??? Huh

β β β β β I ordered a simple dish. oglio olio pasta. Thats it, no beef no seafood. VERY SIMPLE. But ive to wait for 40 mins!!!! There were ONLY 2 customers in the restaurant. This is not the first time. Last time i waited for 20 mins which i find it acceptable. But 40mins for a damn pasta?
and there are 3 workers sitting, talking and laughing soooooo loud!!! itβs very inappropriate!! Gelak macam kena santau ramai2. Secret Recipe B.Sentosa is getting worse and worse

β β β β β Had a very terrible experience today at SR BS.
After getting our seats on our own and having to wait for more than 5 mins, no staff came to take our order/show how to order. There were 3 staff at the counter at that time, just ignoring us.
Suddenly, a lady staff came to our table. My 3yo daughter and I were 'chased away' from the table we were sitting, to a newly vacant table-as the previous diners had completed the meals and went away. Other tables were fully occupied. The staff just simply told me that we were not allowed to sit there. We were forced to move to the table instructed, if we were to dine in there!
Upset with the treatment shown by the staff, we left the restaurant at once. What a waste! I don't regret not having the chance to dine in there.
Hope the SR BS will aim to improve better communication skills among the staff so that the service can be upgraded.

β β β β β The ambience is great for a quick meeting, and good food at the same time. My only complain is the food was kinda cold when it arrived. But that's just once in a blue moon. Been there various times and no other complaints. Friendly staffs too.
