β β β β β Bad experience here today. Yesterday we bought 3 cylindrical lock. We said our old door lock is 70mm latch. The staff said their lock will fit any door. So we bought 3 set of replacement. They gave us the 60mm latch. End up we can not use any. Today, When we ask for exchange, they dont have so we ask for refund. Cashier said no refund policy. Very bad experience. Dah la staff dia yg salah bagi barang. Last kita yg rugi. I will avoid this shop kalau bli barang yg mechanical..sebab kalau rosak atau tak sesuai tak boleh return & refund. Hanya exchange. Salah staff sendiri pun tak boleh return & refund. Banyak lagi kedai hardware di bukit Sentosa yg kami pernah beli barang semua ada return & refund policy yang baik.
