★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless customer service and no refund even after 2.5 months. Each time i called i was told payment within that week and it goes on and on till today and the accounts dept (Mac) will transfer to call to Customer service and customer service to account and after talking to 5 useless staff in 35 mins, the last person who hold the call just simply cut off the line!! Roy the manager of customer service has my hp number but never bother to return my call. Totally a bunch of useless ppl!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible company. Fines are massively inappropriate. They have systems to record numberplates, but what's the point? If I know a car park is a Secure one, from now on, I'll park anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a such a well known and a major parking service provider in the country, they surely have a very bad policy to treat their customers. Have been a season parker at Kompleks Pejabat Damansara since 2019 and recently received a call asking me to transfer my season pass to another nearby parking location. I have no issues to transfer but what i understand from the word 'transfer' should be since i have been a long time customer and was requested to 'transfer' instead of I myself initiating the 'transfer', they shouldn't be charging me again the establishment fee for an account at the new parking place they're asking me to transfer to, which means it is a DOUBLE CHARGE and entirely not due to my fault! Called again to confirm and the customer service officer who talked to me (Kesavan) rudely told me that if I do not agree to be doubly charged then the company will just issue me a memo on terminating my current season pass parking which leaves me with no choice but to pay again an account establishment fee, which doesn't make sense as I already have an existing account with them.
