β β β β β The F&B jaunts offer such expensive food for your thoughts. And they even try to squeeze out more from you by adding VAT & 10% service charge after the bill, instead of the usual 5% found elsewhere!

β β β β β Sales personnel gave many misleading information. Be careful to check and double check what their sales promised. The Hub SS2 has many things that did not turn out to be what was promised.

β β β β β This place has a security check and the security pass doesn't quite work when you wish to access the lifts in the West blocks otherwise the reasonably good choice of restaurants. The concierge and the West block are at different sides to locate there is no clear signage to lead the public to the West Block.
