★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities great. Premium place near KLCC. Only problem, the guards are strict In the pool area at rooftop. No dslr cameras, no action cameras are allowed. Only smartphone. Too bad the social media photos could help advertise them at no cost. Not allowing dslrs are very lame. Other nearby buildings are allowing guests to use dslrs and acrion cams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the rooftop( level 53) swimming pool with the backdrop of KLCC, kl tower and merdeka tower. Only 2 person per unit are allowed to use the pool for max 1 hour, due to current pandemic
We stayed at unit 37-01 during CNY. Conveniently located in the middle of township. However be extra carefull at the parking lane towards outside. The corner is too sharp that i hit my cars left skirting to the divider wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit memang betul2 depan KLCC. So you got the KLCC view infront of you without been block by others building. Dont get confuse with the W hotel lobby. Lobby for the tropicana the residences are on the left side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the ambience. I feel safe staying there. It was so nice. Loved how it was near KLCC, just 5mins walk and you're there. And the view from the room is beautiful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here couple of times for staycation, despite the management not very friendly towards airbnb activities, but the renovations & location here is fwuh.....probably one of the most strategic residence in malaysia. The rooftop view & skypool is on par with a 5star hotel like shangri-la or w hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, besides a flood of unhappy investors, the customers are also not happy. Interior and quality of appliances is the lowest possible. Everything is dirty. A lot broken. Black mold on the ceiling. It is just nasty. I have seen 3 units so far. Usually it is the way described. Manage your expectations. Yes, you get nice view’s and basic amenities.
