★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because we were here in the evening, the choices for ready made food was nearly finished However there was multiple choices of fried fish, fried chicken curries and vegetables.
We decided to try something from the wok. The Nasi Goreng Kampung was ok, but could have been a bit more spicy and a little extra helping of ikan bilis.
The Nasi Goreng Pattaya wad standard fare. Not much to say as it was a decent dish with pieces of chicken included
The Maggie Mee Goreng was spicy with liberal amounts of chili padi. Maybe you might need a second drink if you're not used to it.
The only gripe was that the waiter didn't hear me too well when I asked for brewed coffee but received Horlicks - it doesn't even sound close

Limited parking spaces.
B+ for cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant, modern atmosphere for a mamak restaurant. The nasi lemak is actually not bad and is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. The roti canai tastes great with half boiled eggs.
Selera Kg Tunku serves both mamak and Malay food from early morning to noon. From 4pm onwards you can have roti naan, tandoori chicken, thosai and typical Malay stall fare like nasi paprik, kampung and Chinese style fried rice, fried kway teow, etc. On certain days in the morning you can even find putu mayam here, a traditional South Indian snack.
The teh tarik and teh O is surprisingly excellent and fresh fruit juices are also available.
This place is a popular breakfast haunt with local residents and people on their way to work.
Since the transition from the Covid-19 pandemic state to endemic, Selera Kampung Tunku has returned to normalcy. Expect a crowd dining in for their breakfast as early as 7 a.m on weekday mornings.

ladna style was good. pattaya was ok. don't eat vaday in the evening because it's not fresh. newly renovated so the place is clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where else can you still get a roti canai garing and teh-o limau for mere RM3 & roti telur bawang garing with same drink for rm5 only? This place has lots of character and good affordable food that I’d go every morning because of the price alone.
Just side note - 1 time the egg shells wasn’t properly removed from the roti telur but really can’t fault the taste & price.
Highly recommended. Hopefully the place can continue it’s tasty food with the same price point. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the local Mamak restaurants at Kampung Tunku, and often busy due to no other mamak options around here. Simple, clean and decent for all walks of life. I've stopped by several times here and the food is not bad la.
Roti canai is fresh and dahl curry is quite tasty. Sometimes I'll have 2 x roti banjir just cause its fresh and nice.
In the morning, they have a good selection of breakfast with nasi lemak, mee goreng, mee hoon goreng, fried rice and kuih.
The nasi kandar or nasi campur is not bad also, provided you come early and get the freshly cooked dishes.
