Been there twice upon confirmation of appointment via the telephone.
First time was asked to wait quite long due to patient build up. Second time was rejected flat out - the person at the counter made some lame excuse saying that the chair was not working properly.
Looked like improper management of the appointments as the appointment book was not very full on the said day and my name was not even on the scheduled time. It was written somewhere at the bottom of the page!!
Very bad service and as i can remember, the prices were on the high side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dental Clinic’s principal clinical consultant, Dr Firdaus Hanapiah, is one of the leading practitioners of implant dentistry in Malaysia - all you have to do is just google his name or search “dental implants Malaysia” on YouTube to see what I mean. Don’t take my word for it, just google. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeon (England) and did his masters in oral maxillofacial surgery at the Eastman, now part of University College London (UCL). He obtained his BDS from the University of Otago in New Zealand, the oldest university in the Southern Hemisphere. His clinic is spotless and state-of-the-art with the latest digital dentistry equipment including 3D scanning and 3D printing, CBCT and etc, as you would expect from an ex academic. If you are looking for the best, look no further as he and his team will do their utmost to deliver the best they can provide you. Pain is not an option!
