★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a leave from my work to eat here. It was such a satisfying trip, just it will be better if we arrived earlier so that I get to order my favourite part, the tail.
For those who wants to eat gulai ikan patin masak tempoyak, and can stand spicy food, this is your place! And oh! Don't forget the pais! Please try them all!
The best part, you dont have to worry about spending too much! This place is reasonably priced: RM10 for each parts, and RM6/100gram for pais. They will label your fish so you wont feel cheated. (I got the whole fish for RM42 only and it was worth it!)
My second time here, and definitely will come again. Maybe earlier next time. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the way to terengganu, but have a pit stop just for having lunch here. My favorite is Pais Patin due to spicier from masak lemak tempoyan. The ingredients for pais besides of tempoyak durian, a few herb make the pais is more thicker and spicier. The restaurant is clean and well arranged. Always full house during lunch hour especially over the weekend and public holiday. The price is reasonable but the Pais is a bit pricey but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this is the best ikan patin tempoyak! The price is cheap. Pais ikan tempoyak taste so good. The tempoyak ikan patin is soft and creamy (especially in ikan patin's belly... Hehehe) and the gravy is spicy. All here is self service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is easy to navigate. the food also quite tasty. On lunch hours there will be lots of people eating here. The waiting time to get the gulai also is quite OK. not to long but depends on how much the eaters at that time. Can call the restaurant to get booking. There is other side dishes available at the restaurant to taste together. such as kerabu nangka, ulam ulaman, sambal belacan, and kerabu mangga. The deserts are mostly puddings.
Worth to try. It depends on one's palate.
