★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for its convenient spot near to eateries and mini market. But have to advise your staff not to grumble and complaint of customers act loudly. I was reading morning papers near the counter and could hear everything. Overall its a nice n cozy place to stay. I even add up my stay another one more day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth the price. Strategic location, walking distance to a restaurant and convenient store. Close to the center but located on a quiet street. Easy on the eyes. My room was clean and the water pressure was working well. The staff was friendly and accommodating too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a pleasant stay. First impression of the place: cosy, easy on the eyes. The room I stayed in was nice; the bathroom has a shower, water heater and not cramped.
Some noteworthy things:
- some rooms don't have windows, so you may want to check if you prefer a room with one.
- no elevator here. Highest floor is 3rd floor.
- rooms are locked by key, not via scanning card
- smoking is not allowed
- since it's still the covid era, you won't be able to eat in the restaurant. You can order breakfast from the receptionist and it'll be hung on your door handle between 6:45-7:15am
I think there are 2 wifi routers at each floor, but it can still be unstable, especially if many are using it. It may have to do with the location of the hotel, because mobile data is also slower. Good news: I heard that they are upgrading their wifi.
Breakfast menu:
1) Nasi lemak / Mee goreng / Sandwich
2) Nasi goreng / Mee Hoon / Burbur ayam
It alternates between 1) and 2) - the receptionist will let you know or you can call to ask.
There's a restaurant next door and a convenience store at the end of the street. You may also see/hear a few cats ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean. No bad odour at all. Room, common area, kitchen are all clean and tidy. The hotel area is also nice. Quiet, but not shady. Its nearby pekan pontian. We had a good sleep after a long drive. The owner was also friendly. ?
