★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been 6 weeks since I have sent my phone for repair. No update from them. Didn't answer any call, website check phone status returns record not found. I would give 0 star and NEVER RECOMMEND this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service waited for 14 day to collect my earbuds but never receive any updates..i call but never pickup..i went there to ask then they told me my earbuds has arrived...after 20 days of silent...but still i receive a wireless handsfree not an earbuds not even the same model...went i ask they just told me the boses gave me an equal same product but went i check the prices its not the same...and still can't answer my question..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a terrible experience!!! My mum's phone storage is 128GB when I brought and I sent it to repair under warranty due to it's motherboard was spoil. After repaired, I just noticed that the phone storage became 64GB!!! How can this happen!!! It had been stated 128GB in the work order form, still can do it wrongly!!! Waste my time and money for send it to REPAIR AGAIN!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible service, my Redmi 9T motherboard having issue after bought half a year. I think its because still under warranty, so they took almost 1month++ to order from China?
Everytime i call, never answer the phone calls!
I ask whatsapp number from them, but still didnt reply!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR PHONE HERE TO REPAIR. THIS XIAOMI SERVICE CENTRE SERIOUSLY SUCKS. It took 2+ months to get my phone. They won't answer your call and if answer they will give rubbish reasons and prolong the pick up date. Once I got my phone, now encountering with another major problem, and I can detect the phone I'm having now is not the phone I gave to repair. They just switching phones. BE CAREFUL!!! Not even qualified for one star rating. Shut your shop scammer!

Friendly counter customer service personnels and even techniciam personnels too!
Hope xiaomi malaysia can open more xiaomi service centre at northern region rather than only this one that cover the whole Perlis/Kedah/Penang states.
Perhaps can open a few service centre at mainland Seberang Jaya/Perai/Butterworth and even Alor Setar Kedah.
Xiaomi Malaysia has so many Mi Stores at northern region, so it is time to have more and quality aftersales service centre.
Quality and easily access aftersales service centre is a must if Xiaomi Malaysia want to attract more customers!
Keep it up Xiaomi Malaysia!
