★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful when u buy frozen or chilled from them. Ordered sorbet, trout roe both should be frozen and a medium fatty tuna sushi platter which should be kept chilled. All of it came without any ice pack nor was it packed in an ice box.
The sorbet and fish roe all melted and the tuna sushi Came a bit warm.
On the website they advice to keep it chilled before eating. With this on the website you would think they can afford to put a small ice pack to keep it chilled. It just came in a paper bag without any insulation or ice packs.
Also refreezing sorbet and earring it makes it all hard again like ice.
Very DISAPPOINTED at them and the way they deliver. Usually buy from Sendo Malaysia but decided to give them a try. Glad it was only 1 time I bought from them. Senri Malaysia delivers it really well package in ice bags and ice packs to keep it cold or cool.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
Update: after calling them and informed them of what happened they did say they will resend the melted items. Did not explain what happened and why the 1st delivery was not packed properly. Thank you for the effort
