★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish Service. Understand the long wait for the food but drinks too. Had to keep repeating the orders again and again wasted 2 hours 30 mins of my time. Waiters don't know what they're doing. Cashier got the calculations wrong. Please for godsake upgrade to a proper ordering system or tracking system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. It was raining and their kind staff walk us from the car with umbrella.. the first impression of their superb service prompt me to write a good feedback on their page.
Food was delicious and not that spicy, which suits our taste bud.
Keep up the good service guys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff informed us the food will take 45-1hr. While waiting for the food the drinks took half an hour. Already hungry waiting for food, the plates and spoons were not on the table. The service is out, being a restaurant manager myself. Sorry for I won't recommend or dine again there. Thanks to THR Marian's advertisement about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for families to get together if you prefer a more relaxed environment. They have air conditioning which is an excellent place for kids—Food-wise, it tastes just as good as the one at the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the same Seni Sattisoru as the one in the Brickfields Municipal Building food court, but I prefer the food there. Having said that, this is still solid. The chicken is tender, the rice is strongly spiced and it's served hot. Good service, as they are attentive and appreciative. I do hope this place gets busier, as it only recently opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was alright. But the drinks were good. The place was severely overcrowded.
We ordered the mutton, prawn, and chicken sattisooru and all of it was the same except that the meat had changed.
The drinks came very late, and I think they forgot.
The workers were polite and hardworking despite the severe lunch rush.
Place is clean but the air conditioner broke at the end of the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading most of the reviews and finally being there myself... These are my findings....
1) presentation of their banana leaf rice (sepadu) is unique... No doubt about it..
2) food taste is good... Not amazing... And have tasted amazing ones elsewhere...
3) food quality is mediocre only... And have tasted amazing ones elsewhere too...
4) service is still their main weakness ... Pretty horrible... Don't expect to get at least some services without calling them multiple times.... Making our dishes cold before our complete order arrives...
5) food value isn't even worth the price....
Knowing that the conventional "banana leaf rice" has a free flow of white rice.... Side veges and all....
Here.. They charge you for everything.. White rice.... Plain water.... And even the Papadam....
Portions of their other dishes.... Varuval mutton... Egg... Ain't that big either...
Paying premium price for sub premium products and services is certainly not acceptable...
Returning in the near future will not likely happen.... :(
