β β β β β Do not be impressed if you're an avid fan of the brand. This is a just small store with low range of selections. However, this one of the few outlets you can truly demo their products. Worth to check out if you nearby.

β β β β β The one star is not for the product but meant for this outlet. The outlet is supposed to be open from 10am to 9pm but when I got there on Mon 11 Sep at 5.45pm, the outlet was closed. There was a sign stating it's closed for lunch (at 5.45pm???) with no number to call. Tried calling the number from the website but no answer again. Extremely disappointed with the service in this outlet. Employ more staff.. Don't depend on a single employee!

β β β β β Very knowledgeable and friendly sales rep. Tested quite a few types of in-ear sets until I settle for the Sennheiser Momentum M2 iebt. Loving it so far especially coupling it with the Sennheiser Android mobile app. Wheelchair friendly as it's easy to navigate around. Now it's my fav goto shopping place for audio related products.

β β β β β Very pleasant and wheelchair friendly shop. Easy to move around. Very helpful sales rep. Bought my 1st Sennheiser product, the HD630VB. Highly recommended. Would definitely return there for my next purchase.

β β β β β Quite disappointed with the official outlet. 1)The sales rep was friendly but new therefore product knowledge was extremely lacking, 2) Stock of the earphones that I actually liked was not available and sales rep could not tell when it would be restocked 3) Sales rep was not able to check the prices of some of the products for some reason and also wasn't sure what the model was for one of the demo units there (??), 4) I could not try out a demo speaker (which is selling for about RM1k) because 'the battery was flat'.Is it not rechargeable??. I do like Sennheiser products but the experience was disappointing for what I consider a high end brand. The same day I went to another audio shop and bought monitor headphones and speakers. (Hint: They had extremely high product knowledge and were able to give recommendations, as well as info on product care etc, and with good price too) Looks like I won't be using Sennheiser for a while.

β β β β β Visited this store during CMCO, today around 3pm, the whole BSC is nearly dead. Except the G floor cafe and supermarket. I was expecting to test a few headphone today to decide which one to buy. The Malay guy in this shop is not too friendly and attentive, when I was asking some simple questions, he was a one liner to answer me... And after while I was trying two headphone, he was keep pressing the handphone, maybe I was there to bother his leisure time.... With this condition, I was decided to spend more time, will go to other outlet to try on the quality of sound... Sennheiser is an establish brand, seriously I do hope you can improve the quality of your sales person to be more professional like your products. Please make them a more attentive sales person, don't just stand there and keep pressing handphone and when customer asking a question, a smile will bright up each other day, even if you are wearing your face mask. I SINCERELY hope the other two outlet will not be the same!!

β β β β β To say the staff is not attentive would be an understatement.
Went on Friday afternoon CMCO period, there is only 1 staff in the shop, everytime asked a question the staff will show discontent or downright annoyed on his face with some extremely poor answer. Some example:
"Is this the latest model?"
He said: What do you mean by the latest model? you mean the new model?
"What is the price difference between HD650 and HD660?"
(He didn't even bother to check the actual price) and answer: a couple hundred ringgit difference.
I'm comparing with a different headphone and when turned back he already collected all the headphone back to the shelf without asking if I'm done testing.
Left the store in 15 mins. Train your staff @Sennheiser please.
