★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying ZUS and came over to outlet kota damansara.. The staff's the best.. Friendly.. And provided good recommendation.. As well guide and encourage customer to download apps to get first cup for free and explain about others benefits once repeat visit... All the best ZUS for future.. Bought Spanish latte and caramel latte ice.. Owesome?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks are fine, especially the Australian Chocolate.It tastes so good but I think my order were forgotten because I nearly waited inside the shop for almost an hour when I'm using grab self pick up to order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Had coffee after dinner (berbuka ramadhan). Was full crowd & luckily ordered via app. Operation hour extended till 12am during Ramadhan month. Good ?
2. Barista very friendly and professional ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the drinks: Signature Chocolate was rich, creamy and smooth, just a tad bit too sweet for my taste; Thunder is a very creative twist on coffee, with a refreshing zing of asam boi at the end!
They serve hot meals too, but these are microwavable ones. Considered decent for a microwave meal, nothing extraordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visited the store at early morning at 7.30 a.m. on 26/May/2022, ordering the 'CEO Latte.' The menu describes the drinks as "CEOs need their coffee stronger, more aromatic and overall fit for a boss... who need their coffee quick and strong: I'm a black coffee drinker. However, my drink that early morning is not as strong and aromatic as it sounded. So, I don't feel like a boss that morning. It's good to have a company to compete with the Starbucks. It is still not quite there yet.... But the shop looks good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minus -1 star because the staff asked customer to leave at 11.30pm. Would appreciate the outlet to comply the official working hours and close at 12 instead.
Parking is limited, hard to get parking here.
Space interior design is minimalist standard but the customers that come here so noisy. The table between each other is too close hence will be so annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great that they finally opened here! Ordered through their app and selected pick up. Outlet is quite small and not many people were around so it wasn’t that crowded. Staffs are quick and friendly. Orders were prepared fast and I don’t have to wait so long, only within 5-10 mins. Drinks are nice too!
