★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest staying away from renting this place during Ramadhan time. Street market is open around the building and streets are use as parking space. You would have a hard time getting any taxi, car sharing or drive in and out. You also have to deal with smoke from the stalls and cooking smells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a year. Love the place and location. Grab are available everywhere if you want to go places. There are eating places and grocery, walking distance around the corner. Make sure to try the Nasi Padang and the fusion restaurant downstairs with nice desserts. Condo amenities are nice too. Swimming pool, sauna, nice gym. The hallway are always clean. Spacious lobby. Security guards at the lobby are friendly, depends on who’s there lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a peaceful place to stay and think twice if you wish to buy or rent. Noisy sorrounding. If the unit is on lower floor, it is more worst...noises from the pool users, motor cycle, highway constructions and the traffics from sorrounding areas. It is a total nightmare to live with these noises every especially if your unit is at lower floors. There are 2 mosques/ surau nearby and one must be tolerable of the call for prayers/ sermon.
Parking floor is cracking and noticeable patches of cement covering the split lines. Soon the highway is coming up and currently under construction. Lots of middle east tenants and they have bad habit of throwing rubbish everywhere especially in the parking lots. They didn't care for cleanliness. It is worth to view nearby G Residence or Menara Polo and the rental is cheaper as compared to Sentrio Pandan. If the agent is showing you the place and say it is not noisy, please do not believe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent, purchase or Airbnb here at all. Terrible management with terrible communication skills. Loud neighbors are not dealt with. Security while friendly, has communication issues with tenants and guests. Simple things like fire alarm and elevator issues are neglected, which is a huge safety hazard. Instead of spending extra money on more security entry points when there is already a secure entry point and card access elevator, use it on COMMON SENSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this condo as it has impressive penthouse and all other amenities you would expect. It is loosely occupied so you will feel like it's almost empty. Of course there is a bug mosque nearby, but I cannot hear it from my side of the building, nor its bothering me when I go upstairs to enjoy the sunsets,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really good apartment building it's clean the people there are good and it's a new building the pool is clean and long the gym is clean and has new and good equipment and other stuff, the last floor is a rooftop that you can sit in it and watch the city and the other building like the twin towers and when it's night the view is beautiful the staff are really nice, and one huge+ is that everything is next or near the place if you want to eat food McDonald's and many mannny other restaurants are there for you or your family to eat you want to buy some groceries there are like 2 stores I can think of and lotus or tesko or nsk is not really far from the place, if you want to go to twin Tower or like the centre city it's near the building everything is either next to you or near you not very far away. I love this place.
