The development by UOA Group is a freehold serviced residence that is expected to be completed in 2020. The developer, UOA Group is an Australian based company which had set its base in Kuala Lumpur since 1989. As of 2011, they have been listed as one of the largest property development companies in Malaysia in terms of market capitalization.

Apartment is still very new, so my review reflects on this only.
Good Stuff:
Cleanliness is good, janitors maintain it daily.
Road Access to the apartments are well organized.
Security is pretty standard with guards posted at the entry points.
Design of the apartment is nice.
Swimming pool, mini-maze, jogging track, gym, playgrounds, and tennis fields are connected through apartments which is nice.
Sidenote:
Place is still incomplete so plywoods are installed on the elevators and some floors for safety purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You buy a condo to utilise the facility such as BBQ Pit and Hall but you need to PAY them RENT!
But you need to pay for RENT also for the facility
BBQ Pit Rental - RM150 for 4 hours
Deposit RM500
I understand if they want deposit so user wont vandalise the facilty
But got Rental, make me feel wanna be Management Office lah later, EASY MONEY
They should put on the board to say that RENTAL RATE !!
Not OPEN DAILY FROM 7am to 11pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the opportunity to view one of the apartment units here. Upon entering the premise even though there is a security personal seated at the lobby entrance, we were not asked to record our info or scan MySejahtera. We could have just walked in if we wanted to. The ground floor lobby is spacious, still new and clean. Lift service prompt and corridors clean. I was informed an 850sqft 3-bedroom bare unit costs over 400k pre-pandemic. There were hair line cracks in/outside of the apartment we viewed, leaking from one of the toilet ceiling and virtually no sound proofing. On the upside, it has a great view of Batu Caves, easy access to the city. We parked at the commercial units carpark, so far its FOC parking. If the ground floor commercial units are fully occupied and opened, would foresee traffic congestion on the small lane in front when exiting from the premise to the main road.
