โ โ โ โ โ All PBTs are disappointing...No need to have all those numbers, e-aduan and what soever. They just put up the numbers and contacts but 'almost' never give the feedbacks or answer promptly.

โ โ โ โ โ Only 1 person managing the counter at OSC. Lady before me had 2 stacks of documents and i have only 1 both didn't even bother to assist me first. When ask the person at the counter he told me to wait eventhough only 1 document. The other counter was empty. Really bad customer service for both the person at counter and the lady with stacks of documents. Have the courtesy to atleast check with other person in waiting when you have a large number of documents. Especially there were only 2 people in the waiting area

โ โ โ โ โ Faulty council. from the OSC, to the other departments that i would rather not mention. Too many internal conflicts between the officers and consultants have to do redundant works over and over again. also please update the website cause there are too many forms and the checklist dont even mention which is which

โ โ โ โ โ The most inefficient & incompetent local councils in Selangor.
Only know to hire contractors to do their job but unable to monitor the quality.
Grass were not cut (if you don't believe come to Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi), the grass about 1 meter were the landscapes.
Stray dog causing fear among visitor in Pantai Bagan Lalang were also another failed proofs of MP Sepang.
Rubbish along the road in Sepang is unable to be clean by their contractors, don't know how the contract were given. If they cannot to do according to the standard I hope Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) doing audit into MP Sepang.
Another government agencies that supposed to be an asset but yet become failed due to lack of transparency and corruption.

โ โ โ โ โ The Municipal is not doing its job, well atleast for Cyberjaya as I stay here. Walking pavements broken and sank are not repair, manhole are not covered, street lights are not properly working at many parts of Cyberjaya and many stray dogs around.. Perhaps should have a separate municipal just for CBj as MPS is covering too wide of areas and they unable to keep up the works..

โ โ โ โ โ Incompetent, inconsiderate, insensitive starting trees trimming with their loud mechanical machines outside a residential building along Jalan Ikram-Uniten starting from 12midnight and going on till 3am, for the second time after the first complaint.
Hello, if a construction site cannot work, what makes you can, making noise while others want to sleep.
