★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales assistants there looked more like they don't want to be there. Unfriendly and impatient. Honestly, you girls kat situ kalau x ada pun x apa kot? Mcm x ada fungsi sangat nak2 time lepas MCO ni apa pun korang x buat.
So cita today mcm ni: TMasa nak bayar, I saw Atome promo so I asked the Malay lady about it. Her name is Nia (which was the same girl yg ikut I ke hulu hilir dgn muka mcm ayam berak kapur dia tu sheesh) and she told me to download the app and pay there. So app tu minta total and I asked her for it and she said rm124. I ikut sajalah app tu and keyed-in the amount and showed to her and suddenly she yelled "kenapa tak cakap dah bayar? Total rm124.20!"
Are you for real, lady? Bangang punya org. Dia ingat kita tahu ke app tu nk direct kita ke mana? Never guided me whatsoever lepas tu nak marah2. Lain kali bagi figure betul. Salah sendiri pergi marahkan orang lain. Manager Sephora Southkey patut minta syarikat allocate a little money utk training anak buah utk tambah braincells sket lagi ya, bukan semua duit pegi mekap kat muka tapi otak ke laut. Hadoi la.

Are you for real, lady? Proud to have an org. He remembers we know where to go to the app? Never guided me whatsoever after that to get angry. Next time for the correct figure. One alone goes to annoy others. The manager of Sephora Southkey should ask the company to allocate a little money for training the staff to add more braincells sketch, yes, not all the money goes to make -up on the face but the brain to the sea. Hadoi la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad shopping experience with sales person Miss Bing Bing, but still purchase my stuff at this outlet. when I visited Sephora (mid valley -Southkey jb) on 9 Mar 2020, The staff name Bing Bing let us feel unwelcome with poor body language, she was impatient to serve us very disrespectful to me and my friend. she has poor product knowledge. Spoke with her native language Mandarin and English, and still she has no idea of what was said. I believed she needs to be retrained or educated more on product knowledge and her customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Sephora yesterday. And the experience was very horrible the staff (Malay) greeted me with judging face because I said I wanted to take a look first. She followed around me and made me super uncomfortable the whole time. No wonder this Sephora doesn’t have much customers because of their staffs.I will not step my foot in this sephora again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here a lot of time however this is the first time i feel comfortable. been greeted by Ms Aaila, a sweet lady. she helped me to explain each and every products. help me to choose the best product that suitable with my skin. from foundation, primer, mascara, lipstick and all. thank you so much, appreciate it. definitely will look for her again when i come ;)
