★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 12 May 328pm, there have two staff (1 chinese staff Khoo Shi Qi, 1 malay i think ). Their service are terribly bad and UNPROFESSIONAL ,we had bad experience at this boutique this afternoon.
When we asking for the size of dress,the malay staff is very IMPATIENT ,reply us with very BAD ATTITUDE and at the moment there is not much customers in the shop.Making our whole shopping experience very TERRIBLE! Especially the malay staff!!
Beside, The shop have promotions (2nd piece half price), when we asking the malay staff is there any promo for the dress that we purchase , she reply us again with the very ignore expressions say that “dun have” because all are new collection! After that she realise 1of the clothes is not new collection. THIS MAKE US FEEL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL without checking before give client answer.
THERE IS NO SECOND TIME for us TO STEP IN THIS BOUTIQUE ANYMORE!
Manager if u see this review,PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF since they are totally not good in service and this will make the customers having bad experience to shop.
*1 STAR is only for the dress that we could find for my mother in law!*
