★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serene is built on malay reserve land. Duplex I' m told is $1.7m and superlink 3 storey is $2.8m. only bumis can buy.
All aside, I do hope DBKL will preserve more forest and mountains for future generations to enjoy a green lung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The audacity of destroying the beautiful forest. There are a lots of empty bungalows/condos around this area, plus more unfinished development. Why keep destroying and building more development. Greedy and terrible!

They have not followed many procedures as they couldn't receive some approval therefore they used very low quality vendors and contractors who could develop the land behind the scenes.
Infrastructure is very poor as the excavation and development was done without having a verified licence. 4 months after MCO they started again behind the scenses dirung lock down as it is related to some politicians who have made investments here.. Sadly these politicians are Malay themselves but don't care for the land, people, and the communities who will be in the danger of living in a very unsafe construction.
The view and scenery is nice but what's worth if in a few years all these units will be torn down and old due to lack of Infrastructure from piping, foundation, material used, and many licences that are yet to be ontained (well, with some money under the table they wil do that) but such a shame to the KL and Malaysia.
I hope some people can put a stop to this...
