★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been staying there since Jan 2011. really like it as it's not congested with too many occupants. and being an mature development, there're lots of big trees around. it's hilly and the nice landscaping gives it a 'resort' feel.
security is good too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place to stay. Masterskill University College of Health Sciences rent some of the unit. The security is well guarded with 24 hours security guards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad system of security and the manangement also very slow, attitude also not good. Everybody wants to stay at some place which is you trust them to keeping you safe. Not the one who said "it's not our responsibility."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an old development. But the thing is the some of the landlord didn't maintain their houses which they put it up for rent/homestay. Be careful of the house A-18-3A, and the agent Jason Teo. The house is crooked, took the landlord forever to fix or replace. Stingy and calculative landlord and agent. Crooked items that spoiled will be blame to the tenant even tenant complained before. Opportunist landlord will let the tenant to bare the cost of fixing most of the spoiled item. Just avoid this house.
